Where can I purchase Orum products?

Orum products are exclusively available through our official website. We currently do not have any
physical retail locations.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Typically, processing takes 2-3 business
days. During periods of high order volume, processing may extend to 4-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier selected.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, covering regions such as Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Oceania. However, certain countries may have restrictions or may not be serviceable due to logistical constraints. To determine if we ship to your specific country, please proceed to the checkout page; available shipping options will be displayed based on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification email containing a tracking number. Please note that it may take a few hours for tracking information to update after the label is created, depending on the carrier.

Are there any additional charges for international orders?

What if there are shipping delays?
